Have you all heard of this?
It is too good not to share. This workout has been passed around my department and I decided to give it a try last week. It's actually really effective for only being 7 minutes (plus, it's scientifically proven to be effective!). Now that the days get dark quick, it's cold out (insert any excuse you have here), it's harder to get a workout in.
I like that it's only 30 seconds of each exercise so you never get bored. Plus, everyday you can push yourself a bit harder - making the exercises more difficult. It's fast, and it doesn't require any equipment other than a chair!
If you have any interest in doing it, I'm going to continue to do the workout throughout the entire month of November.
Anyone feel like joining? I'm curious if we all see/feel any results at the end of November! If you print it out, it's important to note that you are supposed to rest for 10 seconds between each exercise.
*also, find some of my favorite workout items, here
I'll give it a try!

DeleteI think the original article said that you're supposed to do the circuit 3-4 times, making it less than 30 minutes but still short and effective
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing! I'll have to try this (I need to get ready for the holidays!).
ReplyDeleteI love this! I've got time for this!

oh, it's an old post :( sorry about that
DeleteAs a workout fanatic ;) I'd love to try this. I'm always looking for inspiration. I love Tara Stiles yoga and Burr Leonard pilates also. I run with my Labrador, but like you mentioned, its just too dark and cold in the evenings now, so I've had to limit the runs to 3-4x per week.
ReplyDeleteI like how scientific this post is.
