Find Part 1 of this trip
here. We didn't have too many activities planned for the trip, just more of an idea of what we wanted to do. The first activity on the list was kayaking the mangrove.
We definitely lucked out that day because 1. we had an awesome tour guide, Dennis and 2. we were the only ones signed up to do it. I designated myself as the "photographer" of this activity, which is why I am not holding my paddle.
Dennis said this was one of the better tours (yay) because of how much we saw: bats, a baby crocodile, monkeys, sleeping boa constrictor (which he did not tell me was resting in the tree until I got close enough to see it and freaked out), crabs, the list goes on.

had a little dinner at a local spot (kapi kapi- best mango mojito in the world):
