a little bit of life lately...

A little peek into the past week or so.  I apologize for all the "recaps" and not enough essential posts...I'm barely holding on over here at one month out to the wedding.  Also, I've come to realize that this blog also serves as a mini journal of events in Chris and I's lives, and I'd like to ensure I keep a few "family" posts around.

Two Friday's ago, the sun was out and we started the evening out on Blue Stem's Patio with some delicious drinks during their happy hour:
me with just the guys until Jeff's wife showed up. look at how happy we San Franciscan's are to see the sun.
then, because we live so close to wine country (honestly, we are all so spoiled, we don't even realize it), we were off the next morning to attend a birthday party! a little blurry, but you get the idea here of the bus ride up, balloons, custom koozies, all the fun stuff:

below is a shot of gundlach bundschu:
and a trip to Chandon...(I had no idea this dress {which was only $7.99 at Ross!} was so risky until I saw all the pics later!)
 love their water bottles...
tulips around the house
fun mail...
my full on white ensemble last Friday night...
dinner out that night- Baker & Banker- if you're in the city- you MUST go here
Fresh mojitos
and a sundae that I finished off by myself...you can't walk back from the Marina without stopping by the Warf, which has Ghirardelli:
and pretty daffodils for $1.29 at TJ's!

Pretty much this recap covers a lot of drinking, and a lot of unhealthy eating.  Ahhh, but it feels so right when you're having fun....

Anyway, I plan on doing a cleanse VERY soon.   You can read more about the one I like to do here.

  2. You are rocking the risque dress! I love it. And I am just dying to take a trip to the Chandon winery. Their sparkling was the house wine in my college apartment :)
