We finally got our tree & then decorated it with a little glitter and sequins! Last year I made gold glitter polka dot ornaments, but this year I wanted more color so I used glass ornaments to make a range of pink glittered, pink polka dot and sequin ornaments.
Plain glittered ornaments: brush glue all over and cover in glitter, shake off excess
Sequins on the outside: brush glue and roll in sequins
Sequins on the inside: brush glue inside, pour sequins in, shake around until you like what you see
Glittered polka-dots: use a q-tip or glue pen to draw circles, cover in glitter, shake off excess (for multiple colors wait until you've covered every dot to shake)
also made mini gingerbread donuts with glaze...
recipe found here.
Made a good amount of peanut butter blossoms...
and then dropped all the treats off at SF Firehouse 28.
LOVE this time of the year.
hope you all had a nice weekend!
The best part was that you dropped your lovely goodies at the FD! God bless our first responders. Drop by and see our faux tortoise shell chest giveaway at art by Karena. Spread the word!
