Pretty sure I could eat this deliciousness all day...
During a cleanse or when I'm trying to stay away from the bad snacks, I love this very easy go-to treat. It will hold you over until you grab a salad at lunch, or you could eat it as a dessert in the evening.
2 organic brown rice cakes by Lundberg {this is my favorite brand}
1 organic banana
organic raw almond butter
cinnamon
Cover rice cakes in almond butter, add sliced banana and sprinkle with cinnamon.
yummy!
ReplyDeleteThat looks soooo good!!!!
ReplyDeleteYUM! My kind of snack!
ReplyDeleteGreat snack! I need to keep these things at my desk at work, so that I don't indulge in the candy jar!

ReplyDeleteWhat a perfect snack! Will try this immediately!
ReplyDeleteJust saw this on Pinterest and thrilled to know that there is somebody else out there like me (this is my evening snack) And yes, Lundberg is the only brand to go with.
ReplyDeleteI also put 1 Tbsp of Almond Butter, 1 Tbsp Honey and 1 Tbsp Blueberry Jam (Favorit) in a bowl and mix and then put that on the rice as another option.
All of them get washed down with an Herbalfie24 Whey Protein shake.
sounds delicious!
