diy: dixie cup light garland

I would love to try this diy project for the next party I throw...or perhaps to add a little light to our next evening on the patio. I'm not sure how I landed on this DIY, but you can find the instructions here. Imagine all the different colors and patterns you could use with this idea... Can't wait to try it out!
