My sister & her friend came to visit from Southern California last weekend and we managed to squeeze in a lot of sightseeing. One of the many things we did was hit up Stinson Beach. Nor cal beaches are not like so cal beaches. Sun is unusual, fog is typical. You don't really throw on your suit and pack a cooler if you know what I mean...
What you can do is curl up in blankets, drink hot chocolate and soak in the crisp air...

having these two around really was a blast. they smiled continually, giggled a ton and had so much energy. can't wait to have them back!

Looks like tons of fun! And great photos. I lived in So Cal for nearly ten years, but I'm not really a sun worshipper. I'd trade a sunny So Cal beach day for a foggy Nor Cal beach day any time!
