mix tape.

I love a good mix.  I have a friend that sends a group of us a yearly "friends mix" CD, which is pretty much a lovely mix of  what she's been digging lately, and I always look forward to it. And Tiffany sends me amazing mixes regularly.  I have to say that over 50% of the new music I'm exposed to is through her, and I thank her for that.  Bottom line: I LOVE music and getting a mix of it makes me very happy.

Anyway, my point is...I'm making a quick mix on the ipod for our up coming trek to Montreal this week and I would be stoked if you let me know what you're listening to right now.  And I listen to everything, I mean everything...so please leave your pick.

I'm not sure I will get another post up before I leave...so I hope you all have a wonderful labor day weekend!  I will be back next week with a delicious giveaway!

  30. I've been listening to a lot of Best Coast. Really into their muffled tunes with a 50s flair. But if I HAD to recommend just one song, I'd suggest:

Foster The People - Pumped Up Kicks.

You MUST end your Summer to that song. Such a feel gooder.

PS - I started giving my friends a mix cd a few months back and they absolutely loved it. Working on my next one.
