learning the ropes...

because boy do I need to!

Today I'm over at my sweet friend Megan's blog {back in February I talked about her blog here}!  Luckily for me {and you} my post isn't exactly on weddings.

So folks, I'll be here learning the ropes...

  1. Carlee, I love your outfit over at forget me knot weddings

    question: how in the world to you get your polyvore board to post so large! I'm always dissapointed by how small they look when I post on my blog :(

    Thanks,
    Catherine

  2. Thanks Catherine.

    *copy the image url from the polyvore image {once published}
    *and then insert that link into your image link space {like you would normally upload}
    *then hit extra large to expand the image

    that usually works! hope that helps!

  5. Ugh, I'm so annoying. Previously I have always embedded the HTML into my blog post. When I try to do the URL it isn't working. I think its becaue there are so many other things on the page (like the items and links to everything in the set) Is there a way to get the set alone and copy it from there? I tried just uploading the set you posted today and it worked just fine? I'm sorry to be a bother. Thanks for your help!

  6. You're trying to copy the image url in an edit setting. If you look at the top right hand corner of that page {the page you end up on after you hit publish}, you need to click the title of your polyvore account name. That will take you to the screen with all of your polyvore images/looks. Then try right clicking, then hit copy image url, then in blogger edit, click the image button, then copy that into the image url.
