Thoughts on: Food on Christmas Trees

I have never seen marshmallows on a tree, but it looks kinda fun.

I think the bigger fruit would be difficult to keep fresh? No?

What about popcorn garland?

I think the berries spice it up a little...

Or alone

a few gingerbread houses

candy on the tree...

If I had more time this year... I might have tried the cranberry garland! But finals are coming up and I don't think it's going to happen!

Is anyone decorating their tree this year with a few treats?

  1. So I'm assuming people who string their trees with food garland don't have the following: Kids, Cats, Dogs, Hungry Husbands?

  2. Haha! I agree! I don't have those... but I myself might eat off the candy tree a little too much! How could you resist every time you walked by?

  7. I'd love to put goodies on the tree like these - but as its summer here its just not possible. We also get ant infestations this time of year even if crumbs are left around!!

  8. I like popcorn. I have wanted to try it for years, but haven't had any takers to help.

    Zoe would probably eat it.

  10. It does look very charming, but I think it would have a short shelf life so to speak. I love putting little paper heart baskets full of candies on the tree though.
