health in 2011 {it's time}
One of my favorite health motivators, Kris Carr, came out with a new book, Crazy Sexy Diet and it just arrived in the mail! Her 28 day cleanse has motivated me several times to make my health a priority. I'll admit, I've let my health slip over the past few months...but the excitement of this new book will hopefully get me back on track. The hardest thing about eating healthier {and working out} is taking that first step, and this book has already inspired me to want to take it. Has anyone bought this book? Is anyone interested in a few posts about it? Let me know. It will motivate me even more if I write about it!
I'd definitely be interested in reading a few posts about the book. I'm always on the lookout for more inspiration!
ReplyDeleteI would love to hear more about it! I so want to try something like this but have never done it...

ReplyDeleteI promised myself after the holidays that I would get back on track, especially in the eating department, but that hasnt happened. Updates and posts would help motivate me so please do share!
ReplyDeleteI would love if you wrote posts about it!
ReplyDeletePlease write about this! I was contemplating buying it but I am on a strict budget after I blew a bunch of money on artwork this month! I want to hear more about it before I purchase!!
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard of this book so it would be awesome if you wrote some posts about it. Thanks. Really like your blog!
ReplyDeleteYes! I followed her cleanse the last time you posted about it and felt great. It didn't hurt that I definitely shed a few pounds, too. Ordering the book - thanks!
ReplyDeleteI completely agree that it's the first step. Once you get in a routine it is sooo much easier. I just started a Fitness Friday post this month thanks to a little book called the Happiness Project. Every month you choose a new goal to work on. February is when I begin fitness and now that I have my mind made up and am motivated, it's so much easier. Good luck, I don't think I could survive a 28-day cleanse!!

Absolutely post about this book
ReplyDelete. Amazon provided excellent reviews:)
Yes please, after the Christmas season I definitely need some inspiration in this department. Look forward to some motivating posts.
ReplyDeleteWe really want to hear all about it.Good luck.
ReplyDeleteSure! I am about a chapter away from finishing this book and while I can't imagine a scenario where I'd ever be 100% vegan, I do make an effort to eat more plants, less meats....more Michael Pollan style than Kris Carr, Skinny Bitch and the likes. I love that Carr is so well informed and writes in a way that's easy to read (unlike the similar content written by the SB gals). I'd love to hear your thoughts on the book. And it is very motivating.
ReplyDeleteWe were just talking about this author and book the other night! My friend hosted dinner with her when she came to Baltimore and said she was amazing. I'm interested in reading it now too.
ReplyDeleteHi! I just got the book and I am starting the cleanse tomorrow! I created a daily docket to keep on track with the cleanse if you are interested. Here is the link:

ReplyDeleteYes, please post about it! I am currently trying to do a raw food detox diet and everyone I know thinks I'm nuts! I am LOVING it so far (haven't gone totally raw yet of course.) Please share more about this book!
ReplyDeletePLEASE do share.
ReplyDeleteLove to hear about this. I usually do a Spring Clean, drinking healthy green drinks that I make and also just eating raw which makes my head clearer and my body lighter!
