If you read my guest post, then I apologize for the re post of this photograph. If not, this is a photograph of my bedroom with the addition of a pumpkin colored blanket and a plaid pillow. I love the warmth it brings to the room on these very cold days. I also wanted to mention the high quality of la plates {plate used as tray}. Superb and I highly recommend!
a closer look...
I think this would be a lovely holiday gift. Might need to order a few more!
Do I dare ask...has anyone has started their holiday shopping?
I've bought one present for my boyfriend. I'm spent.
ReplyDeleteLove that plate and the plaid blanket! Your room looks so peaceful and cozy.

I love the idea - an inexpensive way to add some fall colors! and a plate for a tray - genius!
ReplyDeleteI love it. I need those plates.
ReplyDeleteI haven't.... I should start thinking about it, though....
ReplyDeleteCan I come shop with you? You always seem to find the best things - or make them too.
ReplyDeleteI need to start thinking about the holidays - before the craze -

I have started my shopping. At first I was just excited to have a list.
ReplyDeleteI love the plate, monogram anything and I want it. I have started shopping and it sucks. I never seem to have enough time no matter how early I start.
ReplyDeletePretty details!
ReplyDeleteI have to start shopping- I have made my list (haha, that was easy!) and found a few items for friends/fam.
I just did a fall decor makeover in my living room! Posting on it on Friday. You're space looks amazing! So excited for the cool weather!
ReplyDeleteYour bedroom looks great! Perfect gift idea - I can think of a few lovely ladies on my list that would love to get something from la plate.
ReplyDeleteLooks great...I've actually started my holiday shopping. Every year it gets me at the last minute, so I'm doing it little by little this year.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! No shopping yet- but lots of decor ideas:) Such a fun time of year!!
ReplyDeleteLove the photos. Thanks for sharing.

Dare I answer that YES I've started my holiday shopping? I start in the summer months because from now until Christmas I'm tied down to my studio designing holiday cards, so no time for shopping (except for the late-night online kind)!
ReplyDeleteHappy almost weekend!

oooh very cute! never thought to use the la plates as trays on our nightstands - might be items 1 and 2 on my christmas list!

Sweet Up-North Mornings...
I got one from the coupon we got in NYC, I'm giving it to Audra's baby for his b-day. They are cute. Your apt is looking good
ReplyDeleteThinking about shopping ....does that count?
ReplyDeleteI love your plaid pillow and fall blanket! Your room looks elegant and cozy. I'm off to the 'big city' (London) to start my Christmas shopping on Sunday. Fingers crossed I'll stumble across cute budget friendly gifts, what are the chances...Have a happy weekend:)
ReplyDeleteI usually buy my first Christmas gifts in January... If I see something that brings me a frined or relative in mind, I pick it up immdly, no matter how early it is, rather than panic before Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI also buy gifts when ever I am traveling, this year I picked up cosmetics form Paris for girl friends, Ugg slippers for relatives from Sydney and gemstone beads in Hong Kong for my sister in law.
Love your little La Plate!
ReplyDeleteI didn't order my free one in time...
xo,

First, love the plaid pillow. I second your suggestion to get one of the plates as a gift. It would make a really nice engagement gift too. Doesn't every couple love something with their initials?
